Feeling stiff and uncomfortable in your back and neck when sitting at your desk at work? Spending hours in the same stationary position feels like crap, especially when we were made to move. Work environments often determine the positions where we will spend most of our time. Here are common simple tips to help offset those effects: ✅Set a timer on your phone to go off every 15-30 minutes to remind you to move. ✅Try any combination of these movements while seated in your chair:

1️⃣Seated Cat/Cow

2️⃣Seated Multi-segmental Flexion

3️⃣Seated Trunk Rotation

4️⃣Seated Trunk Side-bending

5️⃣Seated Figure 4

6️⃣Seated Cervical Side-bending

Give these a try at your desk!👍
